Administration Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management: Maintaining office supplies, organizing files (both digital and physical), and ensuring office equipment is functional.

Data Entry & Documentation: Preparing, typing, editing, and formatting documents, reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.

Requirements:

To excel in an administrative role, a candidate typically needs:

  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Organization:The ability to multitask and prioritize varying workloads without losing attention to detail.
  • Communication:Clear, professional verbal and written communication skills.
